Shipping policy

At A Brick Apart, we aim to deliver your order as quickly and smoothly as possible. Below, you will find all the details about our shipping process, including expected delivery times, costs, and tracking information. 1) Where we ship

Currently, we only ship within the continental United States. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or US territories, or any International markets.

2) Delivery Timeframes

At time of checkout, you can select express, expedited, or economy shipping. Depending on the option you select, you will receive an estimated delivery date prior to checking out.

Typical shipping times within the continental United States are as follows:

Economy/Ground: 5 - 8 business days

Expedited: 3 - 4 business days

Express: 1 - 2 business days

3) Handling and Processing Times:

Orders are processed the same day or next business day.

4) Shipping Costs

Ground Shipping is Free on orders totaling $125 or more prior to taxes, if applicable.

We want to make sure you have transparency in the shipping cost for your order. At the time of checkout, prior to completing your order, you will be presented with delivery options options - express, standard, or economy shipping. Based on the shipping method you choose and your delivery location, the shipping cost will be calculated and displayed. The shipping cost is based on information by the carrier (FedEx, UPS, or USPS), the weight of the order, and box dimensions. If you agree to the shipping cost, you can proceed to finalize your order.

5) Shipping Carriers

We primarily ship via FeDEx, UPS, or USPS. We select the carrier based on your choice of shipping method (express, standard, or economy) and the delivery location.

6) Tracking Your Order

Once an order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email indicating your order is being processed. When the order is done being processed (see above for more details), you will receive a second email with relevant tracking information and an estimated time of delivery. You will receive a third email when the order is out for delivery. Optional: If you selected a pickup location, you will recieve an email when the order is ready for pickup. When the order is delivered to your location, you will receive an email from A Brick Apart. If there are any exceptions or a failed delivery, you will be contacted as well.

7) Missing Item

In the unlikely event an item is missing from your shipment, please contact us immediately so we can work to rectify the issue. Please include in your email your order number, the specific item(s) that are missing, and a photo of the shipping box.
