Refund policy

We want you to feel confident shopping with us. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help with easy returns and refunds.

1) Return Eligibility & Item Condition

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The set box seals must be intact. 

Sets retired by LEGO® Group are subject to a 10% restocking fee. This policy is in place to ensure retired sets remain in the best condition possible.

2) Timeframe

Returns must be received by us within 14 days after delivery. If you have exceeded this timeframe, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

3) How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, send an email to support@a-brick-apart.com or contact us. Please include your name and order number. A response to your request will be sent within 1 - 3 business days

4) Return Shipping Costs

Customer are responsible for return shipping costs. Return labels will be provided by A Brick Apart and the shipping cost and, if applicable the restocking fee, will be deducted from your refund.

5) Restocking Fees

There will be a 10% restocking fee only for retired sets. This fee will be waived is return is due to seller error.

6) Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email within 3 - 5 business days to notify you that we have received your returned item. Refunds will be issued to original payment form within 5 business days.
