A Brick Apart is an e-commerce business dedicated to selling brand new, sealed LEGO® sets. We are dedicated to providing information, inspiration, and resources for the LEGO fan community.

The website and the company are run by a LEGO enthusiast, Dawn Sullivan, who is passionate about sharing the joy of LEGO with fellow builders.Dawn has been running A Brick Apart for over two decades, primarly selling on Ebay and Amazon, garnering outstanding reviews and delighting customers.

Shopping Information

You will find 100% genuine, brand new, sealed sets covering a variety of LEGO themes. Additionally, you can find individual parts and minifigures that have been parted out from original sets. All parts and minifigures are new and have never been used.

New products are typically added regularly; check the website homepage or subscribe to updates for the latest information.

Shipping Information

After placing your order, you will receive an email from A Brick Apart that indicates your order is being processed. When your order is done processing (1 or 2 days depending if the order was received before 3 pm EST), you will receive another email that contains shipping information and a tracking number. You can then click on Track Your Order in the footer, and then follow the instructions to get up to date information on your order.

In the event there is a delay or issue with your delivery, please contact us at support@a-brick-apart.com. We will do our best to help resolve the issue. Please provide your name, order number, and description of the issue. We want to make sure you receive your order on time and we are here to help. Prior to shipment all sets are inspected for seal integrity and box condition. All sets are shipped in either original case packs that are additionally secured in wrapping materials, or the sets are bubble wrapped and shipped in brand-new, high-quality cardboard packaging.

At the time of checkout, you can select express, expedited, or economy shipping. If your order total is $125 or more, Free Ground shipping is provided. More information on our shipping policy can be found here.

Orders are processed the same day or next business day. Typical shipping times are as follows: Economy/Ground: 5 - 8 business days; Expedited: 3 - 4 business days; Express: 1 - 2 business days.

Order Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The set box seals must be intact. Sets retired by LEGO® Group are subject to a 10% restocking fee. This policy is in place to ensure retired sets remain in the best condition possible.
