You can find 100% authentic, brand new, sealed sets covering a variety of LEGO themes. Additionally, you can find individual parts and minifigures that have been parted out from original sets. All parts and minifigures are new and have never been used.

How can I track my order?

After placing your order, you will receive an email from A Brick Apart that indicates your order is being processed. When your order is done processing (1 or 2 days depending if the order was received before 3 pm EST), you will receive another email that contains shipping information and a tracking number. You can then click on Track Your Order in the title bar, and then follow the instructions to get up to date information on your order.

What if my package is delayed?

In the event there is a delay or issue with your delivery, please contact us at support@a-brick-apart.com. We will do our best to help resolve the issue. Please provide your name, order number, and description of the issue. We want to make sure you receive your order on time and we are here to help. When will I get my order?

Orders are processed within 1 - 2 business days. If you order past 3 pm EST, the order will be processed the next business day. Typical shipping times are as follows: Economy: 5 - 8 business days; Standard: 3 - 4 business days; Express: 1 - 2 business days.

What is the return policy?

All eligible returns will be processed within 1 - 3 business days upon contacting support@a-brick-apart.com. Our full refund policy can be found here.

Are any purchases final sale?

Sales of sets retired by LEGO® Group are final and can not be returned, unless due to a fault of A Brick Apart. This policy is in place to ensure set boxes remain in the best condition possible. For more information, please refer to our return policy

What shipping services are used?

Most orders are shipped either by FEDEX or UPS, occasionally USPS is used, mainly for smaller parts and figures. More information on our shipping policy can be found here.

How are products shipped?

All sets are shipped in either original case packs that are additionally secured in wrapping materials, or the sets are bubble wrapped and shipped in brand-new, high-quality cardboard packaging.
